Placing Your Order
If you know exactly what you want, fax or e-mail your order to us. If you require that we confirm order receipt and/or pricing, provide an e-mail address and request a confirmation. When you place your order, be assured that we will contact you if we have any questions.
The information that we require to process your order is:
- The item(s) you require (using our part number)
- Purchase order number (from your purchasing department), or a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card number, cardholder's name, expiration date, and CVV code
- Complete shipping (Ship To:) address
- Complete invoicing (Bill To:) address
- E-mail, telephone, and fax numbers, in case we have questions.
EU customers - IMPORTANT - provide your VAT number for export documents.

Please note that we have a minimum DOMESTIC order (all items combined)
of $75. Please try to make your purchases in the quantities shown.
Purchases of less than the smallest quantity package requires breaking open the package and re-packing, which we will do, but at an additional 25% charge for the re-packaged item. Our standard packaging quantities for glass parts, as noted in the pricing tables, are 10, 25, 100 and 250 parts. Quartz parts, PET films and the larger (150 x 150 mm) glass parts are all priced per piece, no minimum quantity packaging.
We do not ship "COD" orders. We will ship "collect" with shipping charges reversed against your UPS, DHL or FedEx account number, and add a $7.50 handling charge to the invoiced amount (see below).
Domestic Shipments
The point of sale for all Delta Technologies, Limited products is our facility in Stillwater, Minnesota - FOB Stillwater, MN. Minnesota state sales tax may apply to purchases by Minnesota-based organizations or residents. You may choose to have your merchandise shipped via a carrier of your choice. The charge for shipping your order includes more than just the carrier cost. It also includes packing, documentation, order processing, and insurance. Orders may be shipped via customer specified carrier (ie., UPS, FedEx, DHL, Express Mail, Priority Mail and Parcel Post). Our default shipment position is to ship by UPS GroundTrac (surface), typically within a day, with U.S. domestic delivery ranging from 1 to 5 days, depending on your location.
If you require more urgent delivery, let us know what your needs
are -- we can accommodate your requirements using an expedited service of one of these carriers - 2ND Day, Overnight, etc. - whichever you specify in your order, to get the products into your hands in the time required. Unless other arrangements are made, we pre-pay shipping and add it to the invoice amount. As stated above, we will also ship against your shipper account number, adding a handling charge.
International Shipments
Let us know your requirements and we'll coordinate with you. We can provide a quotation or pro forma invoice, depending upon your requirements for importation of products. Our shipping terms for international orders are EXWORKS (INCOTERM 2000). All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient on all
international shipments.
International Customers Please Note: Wire Transfer Fees
In general, we only accept a wire transfers as payment for international orders that exceed US$500.00. If you, as the purchaser, elect to make payment in this manner, you must assume responsibility for all charges assessed by your (originating) bank. Ignoring this request will force us to demand "cash in advance of shipment" on any subsequent orders.
